The 2nd HKU Ophthalmology Distinguished Lecture - 11th of October 2021

We were honoured to have Professor Tony Shu-Kam Mok, Chairman and Li Shu Fan Clinical Professor of Clinical Oncology, The Chinese University of Hong Kong , as our orator for the HKU Ophthalmology Distinguished Lecture on the 11th of October 2021.

Professor Tony Mok delivered an insightful and inspiring lecture titled 'How to Conduct Transformative Clinical Trials'. Through an engaging talk, Professor Mok chronicled his own personal journey in academic medicine, and shared his pearls of wisdom for young clinician-scientists. The lecture was well attended by ophthalmologists, oncologists and scientists alike. Professor Christopher Leung, Department Head and Clinical Professor in Ophthalmology of the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, The University of Hong Kong, served as session moderator and engaged Professor Mok in a thoughtful discussion following the lecture.
