About Professor Lam 關於林教授

Professor Thomas C.H. Lam joined the Department of Ophthalmology, School of Clinical Medicine, LKS Faculty of Medicine, The University of Hong Kong, as Clinical Assistant Professor of Practice in July 2026.

林志浩教授於2026年7月加入香港大學李嘉誠醫學院臨床醫學學院眼科學系，擔任臨床實務助理教授。

He graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and obtained the specialist qualification in Ophthalmology in 2023. He was also awarded the Fellowship of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists, London, in the same year. Prior to joining HKU, Professor Lam served at Hong Kong Eye Hospital for nine years and was an Associate Consultant from 2023 to 2026. He completed his ophthalmology residency and glaucoma fellowship training at Hong Kong Eye Hospital. He was awarded the Li Po Chun Charitable Trust Fund to undertake subspecialty training in glaucoma at Moorfields Eye Hospital, London; Prism Eye Institute, Toronto; and Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center.

林教授於2016年畢業於香港中文大學醫學院，並於2023年取得眼科專科資格。同年，他獲英國倫敦皇家眼科醫學院院士資格。加入香港大學前，林教授曾於香港眼科醫院服務九年，並於2023年至2026年間擔任副顧問醫生。他於香港眼科醫院完成眼科住院醫生培訓及青光眼專科培訓，並獲李寶椿慈善信託基金資助，前往英國 Moorfields Eye Hospital、加拿大 Prism Eye Institute 及中山眼科中心接受青光眼專科培訓。

Professor Lam’s clinical interests include the surgical management of complex glaucoma, glaucoma drainage device surgery and revision, and minimally invasive glaucoma procedures. His academic interests include glaucoma surgical outcomes, glaucoma imaging and screening, ocular surface disease in glaucoma patients, and AI-assisted risk prediction and treatment optimization in glaucoma. He is a Council Member of the Hong Kong Glaucoma Society.

林教授的臨床興趣包括複雜青光眼的手術治療、青光眼引流管植入及修復手術，以及微創青光眼手術。林教授的學術研究興趣包括青光眼手術成效、青光眼影像及篩查、青光眼患者的眼表疾病，以及人工智能輔助的青光眼風險預測及治療優化。他現為香港青光眼學會理事會成員。
