Mr. Qinyu Li

李欽宇先生 

Although the evaluation of intraocular pressure (IOP) is a well-established risk factor of glaucoma, the mechanism on how the evaluated IOP induce degeneration of retinal ganglion cells (RGCs)remains poorly understood. My project is to investigate the degeneration of RGC in relation to pressure elevation and fluctuation using a custom-designed pressure-tunable system from a biomechanical perspective.

儘管眼壓(IOP)是評估青光眼的公認的風險因素,但對於眼壓如何誘導視網膜神經節細胞(RGCs)退化的機制仍知之甚少。我的課題是利用定制的壓力可調系統,從生物力學的角度研究RGC的退化與眼壓升高和波動的關係。
